About Sheffield Sharks Community Activities
The B. Braun Sheffield Sharks have launched a lottery scheme to secure sustainable funding and strengthen their community outreach.
The lottery initiative aims to provide a steady revenue stream to support player development, grassroots basketball, and fan engagement activities.
Proceeds will also help expand community projects, including school coaching sessions and local sports partnerships.
By participating, supporters directly contribute to the Sharks' long-term stability and the growth of basketball in Sheffield.
Playing Your Team Lottery With The Sharks
Every time you play you will be contributing directly to the funding of Sheffield Sharks, as well as being in with a chance of winning the Your Team Lottery £10,000 jackpot, there are also thirteen monthly prizes from the £1,600 prize pot.
Where your stake goes
- 50% of your stake goes directly to the Sharks
- 25% is payable in winners' prizes
- 25% used in administration of the lottery

Sharks Members Prize Draw
In addition to the above prizes £10 can be won by a Sharks member each month when we reach ten paying members, £20 each month on reaching twenty paying members, £50 on reaching fifty members, £100 on reaching a hundred members, up to and including an amazing £1,000 on reaching a thousand paying members each month.
What we can do with the funding
Money raised will contribute to the future of the club and the development of homegrown talent through the performance pathways that run from age 10 all the way through to Division One.
